CHP Maintenance
We have an enviable record in increasing the efficiency, reliability and energy savings of combined heat and power plants. Whenever we have taken over the maintenance of a CHP plant, regardless of whether the performance has been good or very poor, we have always substantially improved availability and savings.
We joined forces with MAN Rollo to strengthen their network of service partners in the UK. We are authorised for the service side and as parts distributors for MAN gas engines in the UK.
In our experience, the vast majority of plants are operating with less than optimal performance due to problems associated with inadequate monitoring, short oil life and pre-detonation. Our established innovative protocols can resolve these issues quickly and successfully.
If necessary, we are able to remove and completely rebuild CHP engines, replacing standard parts with upgraded versions where necessary and practical.
On numerous occasions, we have replaced standard programmable logic controllers with superior units in addition to state-of-the-art 24-hour monitoring systems with the benefit of remote access. This enables us to closely monitor CHP units and respond in a timely manner should any problems arise.
